We had a great experience working with Austin at SoFlo Customs! He helped us with our Bronco and adding the Summer Edition, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. He was a great communicator, walked us through everything, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful he was. We love how our Bronco turned out and would definitely work with Austin again. Highly recommend!

Christian at SoFlo Customs of Dallas was fantastic to work with. He helped coordinate the purchase and transportation of my boss's custom Bronco from South Florida, and he made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Even though we worked remotely, Christian's customer service and hospitality really stood out. He was always responsive, kept us updated throughout the process, and was happy to answer any questions we had. It felt like we were working with someone who genuinely cared about making sure everything went right. Buying and transporting a custom vehicle can be stressful, but Christian made it easy. Man what an experience! Christian! Thank you for helping us and guiding us in the right direction with our new bronco based off our needs and plans with our vehicle choice, and most of all thank you for taking the time to drive it down to Houston and delivering it to us with all the custom work complete! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Their custom work is top of the line ! Bronco rides like a dream on 35×12.50×24. Better than any lifted vehicle i have ever owned !!

I had an excellent experience working with Christian and Nick. From start to finish they were straightforward, honest, and very professional, which is honestly rare in the car business. Everything we discussed was exactly what showed up on the final paperwork — no surprises, no pressure, no games. They were transparent about pricing, financing, warranty options, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing anything. The vehicle was exactly as described and the entire process was smooth even though I was purchasing from out of state. Communication was great throughout the whole deal and they followed through on everything they promised. This was one of the few dealerships where I actually felt like I was treated fairly and professionally. I would definitely do business with Christian and Nick again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom Bronco or specialty vehicle.

I had a pretty unfortunate thing happen when I bought a soflo bronco build from a different dealership a month ago; I was in a hit and run and the vehicle was totalled not even 30 minutes after purchasing it. While dealing with the aftermath Austin at SoFlo was so helpful just as a resource to use for insurance purposes on the totaled vehicle, and once I was able to purchase a new car he helped get a great deal on a new bronco, gave me some great advice through the process, and was very responsive whenever I had questions. Highly recommend anyone to SoFlo and I love my new bronco!
